晶体的键距-电子数方程组及特征晶格参量

摘    要：本文提出一个分析晶体价电子结构与晶格参量之间的关系的一般方法:不同键的键距公式中的参数β取不同值,分别由各种键上的共价电子对数计算。论证了晶体的特征晶格参量唯一存在的性质。指出了各种键的键距公式中参数β取相同值的方法的缺点,并把它作为我们提出的一般方法的一个简化处理方法。

Abstract: In this paper,we have presented a general method for analyzing the relationbetween valence electron structure and lattice parameters in solids.In variousbonds,the parameter β in the bond length formulas has different values accord-ing to the covalence electron pair numbers.It is proved that the characteristiclattice parameters are existing uniquely.We have described the imperfection inmaking β identical for different bonds and pointed out that the previous approach canbe considered as the simplified case of the general method we have presented here.
