Ru对单晶高温合金中g ′相析出行为和演化的影响

摘    要:采用扫描电镜、3D原子探针、示差热分析等方法研究了合金元素Ru对单晶高温合金中g ′相的析出和演化过程的影响。研究结果表明:g ′的溶解温度随着Ru含量的增加而逐渐降低。铸态下以及固溶处理和时效处理后,g ′相尺寸都随着Ru含量的增加而减小。Ru的加入加快了g ′相的长大和粗化速率,Ru主要分布在g ′基体中。Ru的加入使更多的Mo和Re等元素向g ¢相分配,导致错配度的绝对值增大,同时加快g ¢相的形筏速率。

Abstract: The effect of Ru on g′ precipitation behavior and evolution in single crystal superalloys with different Ru contents were investigated by scanning electron microscopy with energy dispersive spectroscopy, 3D atomic probing, differential scanning calorimetry. The results show that the solvus of the g¢ phase decreases gradually with increasing Ru content in the alloys by casting or by the same solution and aging treatments, the alloy with a larger Ru content yields a smaller g¢ phase. The addition of Ru increases the growth rate and coarsening rate of the g¢ phase. Ru mainly distributes in the g phase, which causes more Re and Mo partition into the g¢ phase, increasing the absolute value of mismatch and the rafting rate of the g¢ phase.
