固相微萃取和同时蒸馏萃取法提取香精中风味成分

摘    要:对分别用固相微萃取(SPME)和同时蒸馏萃取(SDE)法提取的AB1香精样品中挥发性成分进行比较研究,得到适合香精香味成分分析的最佳方案。分别采用色谱图之间相关系数和谱图的信息量来反映不同提取方法的重现性和信息含量。通过气相色谱和气相色谱—质谱进行定性和定量分析,采用2种提取方法共检测出21种香精组分。采用同时蒸馏萃取法所提取样品谱图之间平均相似度为0.9613,相对标准偏差为2.6,信息量为9.324,表明它具有良好的重现性并能提供更多的信息量,适用于烟用香精香味成分的定量分析;采用固相微萃取法所提取样品谱图之间平均相似度为0.7342,相对标准偏差为12.3,信息量为8.712,难以满足重现性要求,但具有快速简便、不使用溶剂和对样品没有破坏性等优点,适用于香精的定性分析。AB1香精的主体溶剂为1, 2-丙二醇,主要致香物质为2-羟基丙酸乙酯、薄荷醇、乙酸薄荷酯等。附件: Z2005-05-22

Abstract: The optimal method for analysis of the volatile constituents in tobacco flavor AB1 was obtained by comparison between solid phase micro-extraction (SPME) and simultaneous distillation extraction (SDE). The repeatability and information content were reflected by the correlation coefficient among chromatograms and information content of the chromatograms, and the volatile constituents were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by gas chromatography and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. 21 kinds of aroma components are separated and identified. The average similarity of the chromatograms of the sample extracted by SDE is 0.961 3, the relative standard deviation (RSD) is 2.6, and the information content is 9.324; by SPME, the average similarity is 0.7324, RSD is 12.3 and information content is 8.712. The simultaneous distillation extraction provides the better repeatability and can extract more components, and it is fit for quantitative analysis and quality control of flavor of AB1, though there are several advantagesin qualitatively analyzing the aroma components with SPME, including rapidity, simplicity and non-destruction to the sample. The matrix of the tobacco flavor is 1, 2-propylene glycol, and the primary aroma components in tobacco flavor are menthol, methyl acetate and propanoic acid, 2hydroxy-ethyl ester and so on.
