摘    要:研究了浸锌渣还原焙烧分选综合回收有价元素新工艺,并采用电子显微镜、能谱仪和扫描电镜等分析了还原焙烧渣中金属的性质.研究结果表明:当还原温度为1 100℃、还原时间为150 min时,还原焙烧渣中铁的金属化率、镓的回收率、锌的挥发率分别为95.10%,89.10%,98.42%.还原焙烧渣经破碎、磨矿、磁选分离获得的磁性产物中含Fe 90.16%,Ga的质量浓度为2 164 g/t;Fe,Ga的回收率分别为87.78%,92.42%;还原焙烧渣中金属铁是镓的主要载体矿物相,镓具有明显的亲铁特性;镓在金属铁中的富集是实现浸锌渣在还原焙烧分选过程中高效分离的基础.

Abstract: Comprehensive recovery of valuable elements from zinc-leaching residues is studied by reducing roast followed by magnetic separation. When the tested residue is reduced at1100℃for150 min, the volatilization of Zn and recovery of Ga reaches 98.42% and 89.10% respectively. After magnetic separation of the reduced product, a concentrate of concentration and recovery of Fe 90.16% and 87.78%, and concentration and recovery of Ga 2 164 g/t and 92.42%, are obtained respectively. By means of electron microscope, scan electron microscope and energy spectrum, the enriching mechanisms of Ga were investigated. The results show that Ga occurs mainly in metallic iron in the reduced product,which is the enrichment basis of Ga during the process of reducing roast and magnetic separation.
