Mg2Ni型合金与AB5型稀土储氢合金纳米复合对电极性能的影响

摘    要:对由两步法(由机械合金化和烧结两个步骤组成)制备的Mg2Ni型储氢合金进行高能球磨处理,然后对球磨后的Mg2Ni合金粉进行化学镀及与AB5型合金进行复合等处理。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)分析了经过处理的材料的微观结构,并用模拟电池法测定了该材料的电极性能,并讨论了化学镀和与AB5型储氢合金复合等因素对Mg2Ni合金电极特性的影响。

Abstract: High energy ball milling was used to prepare Mg2Ni-base d hydrogen storage alloys, which was produced by mechanical alloying and sintering. Then electroless plating and composition with AB5 hydrogen storage alloys we re done to milled alloy particles. The microstructures of Mg2Ni-based hydrogen storage alloys caused by above-mentioned methods was characterized by X-ray diffraction and SEM analysis. While electrode performance of these materials was deter mined by the simulated battery test. Based on these results, the effects of the mechanical alloying, the composition with AB5 hydrog en st orage alloys and electroless plating on the electrode capacity of Mg2Ni hydrogen storage alloys were discussed.
