摘    要:对热镀锌IF钢生产和使用过程中常见的条状、线状和表面镀锌异常等表面缺陷进行了研究。利用扫描电镜和能谱分析分析了缺陷形成的机理。研究结果表明:条状和线状缺陷分别由连铸卷渣和气泡残留形成,而表面的镀锌组织异常则是基板的组织剥落导致。IF钢连铸卷渣和气泡残留发生的原因是钢水中夹杂含量上升导致的下水口阻塞,IF钢基板组织剥落则可能由P偏聚导致的晶间断裂引起。

Abstract: Surface defects such as strip like defect, linear defect and abnormal zinc structure which frequently occurred during HDG IF steel producing and disposal processes were investigated. The mechanisms whereby defects occurred were studied by using SEM and EDAX. The results indicated that strip like defect and linear defect were mainly caused by slag entrapment and retained bubble respectively during continuous casting, while abnormal zinc structure defects were caused by flaking on the substrate surface. Slag entrapment and retained bubble were caused by SEN clogging in case of inclusion content raising in IF molten steel. While flaking on IF steel substrate was caused by IGF induced by P element segregation.
