岩石可锯性的测定方法及应用

摘    要：在分析石材可锯性的基础上,模拟锯片的实际工作情况,用切割对比的方法,研制了岩石可锯性分级测定仪,提出了用A值来表示岩石被切削难易程度的概念.通过对不同岩石的锯切和分级验证,该方法符合实际锯切情况,可以用来指导锯片的设计和使用.

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the stone sawability and simulation of the practical work of sawblade,using the method of sawing-comparing,in this paper,the authors designed the measuring instrument of the stone sawabilyty and proposed the conception ofAvalue which stands for the stone sawability.After sawing and measuring different stones,it is found that this method fits pratical work of sawblade and can guide the design of sawblade and its application.
