基于铁矿物还原的拜耳法赤泥熟料烧结

摘    要:利用铁化合物在熟料烧结过程中可被煤粉还原为单质铁的特性,实验研究赤泥炉料在还原烧结条件下的反应行为和性质。研究结果表明:在还原烧结条件下,赤泥熟料的熔化温度大于1 250 ℃,且烧结炉料的铁铝比(即Fe2O3与Al2O3的物质的量比n(Fe2O3)/n(Al2O3 ))对熟料的熔化温度和熟料中氧化铝的溶出率无显著影响,高铁赤泥熟料的烧结温度和烧结温度范围显著提高;还原烧结赤泥熟料中氧化铝和氧化钠的溶出率随烧结温度的升高而升高,而与炉料配煤质量分数和钙硅比之间存在极值性关系,适当提高炉料的碱比有利于提高熟料中Al2O3的溶出率;赤泥熟料还原烧结的适宜条件是:温度为1 200~1 250 ℃,炉料碱铝比NR≈1.10,钙硅比CR=1.6~1.7,配煤质量分数wc≈6%。在该还原烧结条件下,铁铝比n(Fe2O3)/n(Al2O3 )为0.3的赤泥熟料中Al2O3的溶出率可达91%~93%,Na2O的溶出率大于92%。

Abstract: Considering that iron compounds in furnace burden can be reduced to elemental iron by coal powder in sintering process, the reaction behaviors and properties of red mud in reduction sintering process were investigated. The results show that the melting temperature of the red mud sinters is more than 1 250 ℃ and the mole ratio of Fe2O3 to Al2O3 (n(Fe2O3)/n(Al2O3 )) has little effect on melting temperature and the alumina recovery when the red mud sinter is produced under reduction conditions. The sintering temperature and the bandwidth of sintering temperature of red mud furnace charge can be improved in the process. The recovery of alumina and sodium oxide from the sinters increases with the increase of the sintering temperature, while it has the extreme relationships with mass fraction of reduction coal powder and the mole ratio of calcium oxide to silica (CR) in furnace charge. Appropriate increase of alkali ratio in the furnace charge can improve the alumina recovery of the red mud sinters. The suitable technological conditions and the optimized prescription of furnace charge for red mud reduction sintering process are as follows: The temperature is 1 200-1 250 ℃, the mole ratio of alkali to alumina in sinter NR is about 1.10, CR is 1.6-1.7 and the mass ratio of coal powder to the furnace charge wc is about 6%. Under the optimal reduction sintering conditions, the alumina recovery can reach 91%-93% and sodium oxide recovery is more than 92% when n(Fe2O3)/n(Al2O3 ) in the red mud sinter is 0.3.
