基于图像熵的脉搏波提取算法

摘    要:根据动态脉搏图像序列中各帧图像的统计量发生相对变化的特点,提出基于图像熵获取脉搏波形的算法。图像熵可以通过对整帧图像的计算得到,也可通过选取1个或多个网格区域,通过计算各帧图像的图像熵得到。根据图像熵,提取脉搏波形,计算脉搏信号的周期和频率。研究结果表明:基于图像熵的方法能够较精确地提取脉搏波形,效率高,效果优于网格面积法。

Abstract: Based on the fact the statistics of each image of a dynamic image sequence relatively changes, a novel pulse wave extraction algorithm based on image entropy was proposed. The entropy was calculated from a whole frame, or from one or more grid regions in the frame. According to the entropy of each frame in the dynamic image sequence, the pulse wave could be obtained. Then, the period and frequency of pulse wave were computed. The results show that the image entropy-based approach can accurately extract the pulse wave, and it performs better than the grid area-based method proposed by our research group.
