基于小波变换的ECT图像处理

摘    要:基于小波变换,提出图像重建算法并进行实验验证。基于小波变换的去噪处理使图像平滑,图像增强处理提高空间分辨率和对比度;图像融合实验中,分别采用改进的共轭梯度算法和ART算法获得2幅图像,采用加权平均融合规则处理低频系数,采用取系数绝对值最大融合规则处理高频部分。研究结果表明:通过融合图像可有效减少伪影,提高分辨率,改善图像质量。

Abstract: Image reconstruction method based on wavelet transform was proposed and testified with experimental data. The image was smoothed by using wavelet-based image denoising, and then the spatial resolution and contrast were improved by using wavelet-based image enhancement method. In the image fusing experiments, two images were reconstructed for the same model by adopting the modified conjugate gradient (CG) algorithm and ART algorithm respectively, then the low-frequency coefficients were processed with the fusion rule of weighted average, and the high-frequency coefficients were processed with the fusion rule of coefficient of maximum absolute value. The results show that using the image fusion method, the artifacts in the reconstructed image are obviously reduced and the spatial resolution is enhanced, thus the image quality is largely improved.
