振动作用下散体内外摩擦特性的研究

摘 要:振动在散体处理领域中得到了广泛应用。由于散体材料的复杂性,很难进行精确的理论分析和模型研究。本文通过新研制的振动直剪仪,对受振散体的应力-应变曲线,动、静抗剪强度,内、外摩擦角和内聚力等力学参数,以及振幅、振频、水份、颗粒尺寸对散体动特性的影响等方面进行了探讨。研究结果对于散体动力学的基础及散料处理的工程实际有重要意义。
Abstract: Vibrations ave widely used in the industry of bulk solid handling. Owing to the complexity of bulksolid, it is extremely difficult to have accurate modeling and theoretical analysis. By the use of newly de-veloped DSA-1 type dynamic direct shear device, the mechanics parameters, such as stress-strain curves,dynamic and static shear strength, inner and outer friction angle, cohesive force, have been studied. And the influences of vibration amplitude, frequency, moisture content, grain size on dynamic characteristics of bulk solid have also been examined in this paper. These research results are very significant for the development of basic study of dynamic mechanics of bulk solid and bulk solid handling industry.
