Ti-6246合金的热变形本构方程及加工图

摘    要:通过Gleeble-3800对Ti-6246钛合金进行等温单向压缩实验,在变形温度t为825~1 025 ℃、应变速率 为0.001~10 s-1时,建立锻态Ti-6246合金的热变形本构方程,采用动态材料模型(Dynamic material model, DMM)绘制出钛合金的热加工图。加工图显示2个加工失稳区(825 ℃≤t≤955 ℃, ≥0.7 s-1和955 ℃≤t≤990 ℃, ≥3 s-1),在该合金的变形过程中应该避免功率耗散系数η的峰值,功率耗散因子的极大值出现在850~870 ℃, =0.001 s-1

Abstract: The flow stress behavior of Ti-6246 titanium alloy was studied using single-pass hot compression tests on Gleeble-3800 thermal simulator in temperature of 825-1 025 ℃ and strain rate of 0.001-10 s-1. The constitutive equation and the processing map of the forged Ti-6246 titanium alloy were described by the dynamic material model (DMM) based on experiment data. Ti-6246 titanium alloy is stable under conditions of t=860 ℃ and =0.001 s-1, but has poor workability under conditions of 825 ℃≤t≤955 ℃, ≥0.7 s-1 and 955 ℃≤t≤990 ℃, ≥3 s-1. The efficiency of power dissipation η reaches the highest value under temperature range of 850-870 ℃ and at strain rate of =0.01 s-1.
