摘    要：南泉银(金)矿床位于甘肃北山南带花牛山地体中,成矿地质环境复杂,构造-岩浆-热液活动强烈。着重论述了矿床地质特征及控矿因素,对矿床成因进行了探讨,并指出南泉银(金)矿床是与印支晚期—燕山早期钾长花岗岩有关的岩浆期后热液矿床。

Abstract: Nanquan silver-gold deposit locates in Huaniushan Terrane in the south belt of Beishan mountain in Gansu province,the metallogenic feature and geological setting is complicated,and structure-magma-hydrothermal fluids activities were very strong.This article emphasizes in deposit geological features and ore-controlling factors,analyzes the deposit genesis,and points out it is a hydrothermal fluid deposit related to Late Indosinian and Early Yanshanian moyite.
