摘    要:

某低品位金矿石类型低硫半氧化微细粒浸染,常规选矿方法难以回收其微细粒金工艺矿物学显示其脉石包裹金占总金的23.05%,采用全泥氰化浸出、细磨浮选等工艺回收率低试验结合工艺矿物学研究,采用超细磨技术,使连生体得到充分解离,联合全泥浸出提金工艺,得到了浸出率为94.33%的良好指标与常规氰化浸出相比金浸出率提高了近25%。

Abstract:

A low-grade gold ore is characterized by low sulfur, semi-oxidation and micro fine impregnated structure. Conventional mineral processing technology failed to recover the micro-fine gold. Process mineralogy shows that 23.05 % gold is encapsulated in gangue. The recovery is low when using all-sliming cyanidation or fine grinding-flotation. Based on the process mineralogy, a fine gold recovery of 94.33 %, which is almost 25 % higher than conventional cyanide leaching is obtained through superfine-grinding technology.
