先进增压汽油机动力性能的控制参数以及增压器预匹配研究

摘    要:对3台先进车用增压直喷汽油机性能进行对标试验,通过对运行与性能实测数据的二次开发总结其共性规律,得到能用于在不同发动机之间进行交叉对比和设置仿真计算边界条件的机械效率散带图,提炼出影响增压汽油机动力性能的关键参数J和K,其中代表指示热效率水平的参数J范围为0.35~0.40,参数K与发动机的动力性能参数呈较好的线性关系。借助所得到的共性规律,针对某1.5 L增压直喷汽油机的动力性能开发目标进行增压压力和空气流量的预估,以此为基础预选、优化增压器,并为该发动机的详细性能仿真数模提供边界条件,验证结果的有效性。

Abstract: The benchmarking testing results related to the power performances of three advanced turbocharged direct-injected gasoline engines were presented, and the general trends derived from analyzing the inner relationship between operational and performance parameters were studied. Scatter band and general trends of the mechanical efficiencies vs. load, speed, and across the different engines were summarized, which could be used for cross-over comparison between different engines, also was used as boundary conditions for numerical modeling. Two key controlling parameters to the engine power performances, namely J and K, were derived. Parameter J represents the indicated thermal efficiency term, which has a value between 0.35~0.40 and remains almost constant, while parameters K demonstrates a fairly linear relationship with the power performances. Based on the findings in this research, the required boost pressure and air mass flow rate to meet the performance targets of a under-development 1.5 L gasoline engine were defined, and a suitable turbocharger was identified. Detailed engine performance simulation was conducted utilizing the boundary condition data derived from this study. The simulation results indicate that the pre-selected turbocharger works well and the power performance targets can likely be met.
