汽油机燃油控制系统联合仿真

摘    要:基于AMESim仿真软件的发动机仿真平台IFP-Engine,建立四缸直喷增压汽油机仿真模型,在Matlab/Simulink仿真软件中建立汽油机燃油量智能控制器,联合AMESim和Simulink仿真软件仿真,实现对汽油机燃油量的精确控制。仿真结果表明:使用燃油量智能控制器,空燃比可维持在14.7左右,汽油机的最大功率提高5.6%,耗油率降低6.6%。

Abstract: An engine model with four cylinders turbocharged gasoline direct injection was built in the IFP-Engine library of the AMESim simulation software. The gasoline engine controller was built in the Matlab/Simulink software. The co-simulation was made to run the models in two different softwares respectively at the same time and the engine’s injection flow rate was effectively controlled. The results show that with the intelligent controller of the gasoline engine fuel control system, the air-fuel ratio fluctuates around 14.7, the maximum power of the gasoline engine is increased by 5.6% and the fuel consumption is reduced by 6.6%.
