Mg粉的新型包覆处理及其水反应特性

摘    要:为了提高Mg粉的水反应活性和抗氧化能力,采用气相沉积和液相沉积法对Mg粉进行二次包覆改性处理得到复合粉末。利用粒度分析、SEM、XRD等测试手段对复合粉末进行测试和表征,采用热分析法对复合粉末的抗氧化性能进行分析,并通过测定样品与水反应产生氢气的量对其水反应活性进行了表征。结果表明:Mg粉表面连续均匀地包覆无机和有机的膜层,制备出的复合粉末呈现出Mg-包覆剂A-HTPB核壳膜结构;经包覆处理后的Mg粉的抗氧化能力及与水的反应速率和程度均得到提高,达到在一定条件下控制Mg粉与水反应的目的。

Abstract: To improve their water-reactivity and antioxidant activity, the surfaces of Mg powders were re-modified by vapor deposition and liquid deposition methodologies. The coated Mg powders were characterized by and analyzed by using laser particle size analyzer, scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction. The antioxidant activity was measured by DSC, while the hydrogen generating ability was determined by the amount of hydrogen produced. The results show that the re-modified surfaces of Mg powders are uniformly coated with inorganic and organic thin films, and the composite Mg powders are meso-structured as Mg-coating reagent A-HTPB. The antioxidant activity of Mg powders and their ability to react with water are improved due to the surface re-modification, which makes it possible to control the reaction between Mg powders and water.
