粗颗粒矿石在提升管道内的旋转特性

摘    要:采用高速摄影技术对锰结核、富钴结壳、多金属硫化物和模拟结核粗颗粒矿石在提升管道内的旋转特性进行研究,根据粗颗粒矿石特征信息得到颗粒转速信息,以颗粒圆度(R)表征颗粒形状,得到粗颗粒矿石旋转速度计算公式。研究结果表明:粗颗粒矿石旋转速度随提升管道内水流速度和颗粒圆度的增大而增大,随颗粒粒度和密度的增大而减小;由粗颗粒矿石旋转速度计算公式所得旋转速度与试验结果较吻合,该公式可用于提升管道粗颗粒矿石水力输送机理研究。

Abstract: High speed photograph technique was used to characterize the rotation behavior of coarse-particle ores in a lifting pipe, including manganese nodules, cobalt-rich crust, poly-metallic sulfide and simulation nodules. For those ores, the rotation speed was calculated based on their features, and the shape was characterized by their roundness R. A fitting equation for the rotation speed of the ores was proposed. The results show that when the lifting velocity and the roundness of the ores increase, their rotation speed increases. However, when the diameter and the density of the ores increase, their rotation speed decreases. The calculation results obtained by the fitting equation are in agreement with the experimental results, which can be used to research the hydraulic lifting pipeline system mechanism.
