海洋采矿扬矿电泵的研究

摘    要:我国从大洋协会成立就开始进行海洋采矿扬矿技术的研发,在多种扬矿方案试验室研究和相应扬矿技术经济比较的基础上,将矿浆泵水力管道提升确定为我国海上试采的扬矿方法并进行了扬矿参数扩大试验。扬矿电泵作为矿浆泵水力管道扬矿系统的核心设备,具有通用性,其研究成果是海洋矿产资源研究开发的重要技术储备之一。通过对1 km水深海试扬矿电泵的研究,完成了四级扬矿电泵的设计和两级扬矿电泵的加工制造,获得了扬矿电泵研究的关键技术。本文从扬矿电泵的技术要求、设计理论与方法、整体结构、CFD仿真和工作特性试验验证等方面对该电泵进行了详细介绍。

Abstract: China has started the research on deep-sea mining technology since COMRA was founded. Based on the comparison of lift methods and analysis of lift technique economy, slurry pump hydraulic pipe lift method was determined for deep sea mining pilot test and enlarged experiments for lift parameters were carried on. Lift motor pump is the main equipment of slurry pump hydraulic pipe lift system and its research result is one of the important technique reservations. By the research of lift motor pump for test in the sea at the depth of 1 km, the design for 4 stage lift motor pump was completed and the 2 stage lift motor pump was manufactured, and its key technique was obtained. In this paper, a detailed description will be given of the lifting motor pump. It includes: technical requirements for lift motor pump; design theory and method; whole construction; CFD emulating real; and the test of the characteristics of the two-stage motor pump.
