Zr质量分数对7003铝合金组织与腐蚀性能的影响

摘    要:采用力学拉伸、慢应变速率拉伸应力腐蚀、电化学腐蚀以及金相、扫描电镜和透射电镜等测试分析方法,研究Zr质量分数对7003铝合金组织与应力腐蚀性能的影响。研究结果表明:Zr质量分数从0增加至0.21%,合金的平均晶粒粒径由224.0 μm 降低到2.3 μm,抗拉强度由332.6 MPa升高到 399.3 MPa,屈服强度由280.4 MPa升高到341.0 MPa,应力腐蚀敏感指数(ISSRT)由 0.32降低到 0.20,电化学腐蚀性能也有所改善。其原因是,随Zr元素质量分数增加,析出细小弥散的Al3Zr颗粒数量逐渐增多,抑制再结晶效果更加显著,合金组织保留原始纤维组织,其小角度晶界可提高抗应力腐蚀性能。

Abstract: The effects of Zr mass fraction on microstructure and corrosion properties of 7003 aluminum alloy were studied with mechanical tensile testing, slow strain rate tensile testing, electrochemical corrosion, scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM), respectively. The results show that when the mass fraction of Zr increases from 0 to 0.21%, the average grain size of 7003 aluminum alloy reduces to 2.3μm by 224.0μm; the tensile strength improves from 332.6 MPa to 399.3 MPa and the yield strength increases from 280.4 MPa to 341.0 MPa; the ISSRT of the alloy reduces from 0.32 to 0.20 and the electrochemical corrosion resistance is improved too. The reason is that the number of small and diffuse Al3Zr precipitation is increased with the increasing of Zr mass fraction so that they can strongly inhibit the recrystallization. The microstructure of the alloy retained the original fibrous, and the small angle grain boundary can improve the corrosion resistance of the alloy.
