膨胀岩地基浸水条件下双线无砟轨道路基变形特性

摘    要:为分析膨胀岩土浸水变形对无砟轨道铁路路基结构的影响,以膨胀性风化泥质砂岩为地基,建立1?2大比例双线无砟轨道路基实体。通过地基浸水试验,对地基土体湿度、路基结构变形及其侧向土压力的变化进行监测,分析地基膨胀变形对无砟轨道路基结构的影响。研究结果表明:地基浸水后膨胀性地基和路基结构表面均产生隆起变形,轨道板中线处最大隆起变形达5.12 mm;地基与路基表面的隆起变形由轨道中线至路基面边缘依次增大,轨道板产生了逆时针倾斜;隆起变形在沿路基本体向上传递时存在变形衰减特点,该特点能够作为路基隆起变形控制的有利因素;由于膨胀性地基的上覆荷载沿路基横向分布的非均匀性和基床层填料浸水软化,路基坡面水平变形呈内缩式。

Abstract: To analyze the influence of expansion deformation of expansive soil on ballastless track subgrade under water immersion, a 1:2 large-scale double-line subgrade of ballastless track was established with the expansive weathered muddy sandstone mixed soil as the foundation. By immersing the expansive foundation soil, the changes of soil moisture, subgrade structure deformation and lateral soil pressure were monitored, then, the influence of foundation expansion deformation on the whole subgrade structure was analyzed. The results show that the foundation and the surface of subgrade have uplift deformation when the foundation was immersed in water. The maximum uplift deformation at the center line of the track slab reaches 5.12 mm. The uplift deformation increases from the center line of the track to the edge of the subgrade surface, which in turn causes the track slab to tilt counterclockwise. The uplift deformation has an attenuation characteristic when it is transmitted upward along the subgrade, which is beneficial for the control of the uplift deformation of subgrade. Due to the non-uniformity of the lateral distribution of the overlying load on the foundation and the softening of subgrade filling, the horizontal deformation of the subgrade slope is characterized by inward contraction.
