纳米TiO2薄膜的制备及光催化性能

摘 要:采用自然延流法在载玻片基底上制备出纳米TiO2薄膜,以300W高压汞灯为光源,进行光催化降解苯酚溶液的研究。结果表明,制备的纳米TiO2薄膜对苯酚有稳定的光催化氧化降解性能,且TiO2薄膜具有很好的寿命,重复使用多次后,其光催化性能几乎不变。少量的H2O2与TiO2有很好的协同催化作用,使得苯酚光催化氧化速度极大加快,且苯酚降解率随着H2O2量的增加而不断上升。高效液相色谱(HPLC)测试结果表明,在光照4h时,降解苯酚溶液的产物为对苯二酚、邻苯二酚、顺丁烯二酸、草酸和甲酸等,光照6h时,降解产物基本转化为草酸和甲酸。
Abstract: The nano-TiO2 films were prepared on glass substrates by natural extension method.With 300W high pressure mercury lamp as light source,the photocatalytic performance of TiO2 film was studied.The results showed the TiO2 film exhibited steady photocatalytic activities even after using many times,and it showed rather good life time.The addition of H2O2 greatly enhanced the removal efficiency.The HPLC analysis results indicated that the intermediate products of phenol oxidantion included hydroquinone,catechol,maleic acid,oxalic acid,formic acid and so on after 4h of irradiation,and they were basically converted to oxalic acid and formic acid at the end of 6h.
