钨还原炉微型机群控系统的研制

摘 要:本文论述了还原炉一类微机控制系统设计指导思想,推出了一个结构简单、实用、新颖的微机控温系统输入输出电路,试验和确定有效的控制算法。该系统控温点22个,对H_2压力、露点、上料实现操作指导和监督管理,系统具有自动重起动和自动切换到备用系统的保护功能。实践证明,该系统运行可靠。并取得了显著的经济效益。
Abstract: This paper describes an idea of designing the control system of microcomputersof reduction furnace.An input and output circuit of microcomputer temperature-control system is presented,which is novel,practical and simple in structure.Aneffective algorithm is defined and tested.The system has 22 temperature-controlpoints and administers the H_2 pressure,dew point and feed.It can start again orswitch on an alternate system automatically.It has been proved that the system runsreliably and has got notable economic benefit.
