高频钎焊铝管用硬钎焊带的研制

摘 要:研究了高频钎焊铝管用硬钎焊带退火工艺对材料力学性能、耐下垂性能的影响.分析姑果表明,成品冷轧前的软化退火温度应选择在既能使材料完全软化而又不发生硅原子扩散的350~400℃之间,冷轧加工率为30%左右时可获得较好的力学性能和耐下垂性能.
Abstract: The influence of annealing and processing conditions on the mechanical property and sagging resistance of the brazing sheet is investigated in this paper. It is found that the temperature of the annealing,which is prior to the finishing cold-rolling, should be made between 350~400 ℃.Under such conditions the brazing sheet is softened entirely; the diffusion of the silicon atom can be controlled appropriately.
