锈蚀栓钉力学性能试验研究

摘    要:通过对人工气候环境和恒电流加速锈蚀得到的锈蚀栓钉进行拉伸试验,研究2种加速锈蚀方法对锈蚀栓钉力学性能的影响,分析比较不同锈蚀程度的栓钉各项力学性能的变化规律。研究结果表明:人工气候环境和恒电流加速锈蚀方法可有效模拟自然环境引起的栓钉锈蚀;随着栓钉锈蚀程度的增加,屈服强度和极限强度减小,塑形性能下降,弹性模量降低。在试验结果分析基础上,建立锈蚀栓钉力学性能退化模型和本构关系模型,为侵蚀环境下钢-混凝土组合结构数值仿真、耐久性评估及寿命预测提供应用参考。

Abstract: Through tension tests on the corroded studs that were obtained by artificial climate acceleration and galvanostatic acceleration, the effects of two acceleration corrosion methods on mechanical properties of corroded studs were studied and the mechanical properties of corroded studs with different corrosion degree were analyzed. The results show that the artificial climate acceleration and galvanostatic acceleration method can effectively simulate stud corrosion resulted from nature climate environment. It is also found that the higher the corrosion degree, the worse the mechanical properties, such as yield strength, ultimate strength, and modulus of elasticity. Based on the experimental results, the degradation models of mechanical properties and the constitutive relation model of corroded studs are built up, which will be valuable for numerical simulation, durability evaluation and life prediction of steel-concrete composite structures under erosion environment.
