CONFORM机的主轴及其扭矩波动

摘 要:CONFORM机主轴工作扭矩周期性波动是一种普遍存在的现象。扭矩波动的幅值有时可达平均工作扭矩的±33%。扭矩波动的存在必然对挤压过程的稳定性及挤压设备造成不利影响。产生扭矩波动的原因,是中心拉杆在重力作用下挠曲引起的。文中提出的措施,可以有效地减少CONFORM机主轴的扭矩波动。
Abstract: It is a widely existent phenomenon that the working torque moment of theConform machine main shaft undulates periodically. The amplitude of torqueundulation sometimes reaches to ±33 percent of the average working torquemoment. The existence of this case will have a harmful effect on the stabilityof the extinsion process and extrusion equipment. The reason for giving rise totorque undulation is the deflection of the tie shaft under weight. The measure offered in this paper will be able to decrease torque undulation of the mainshaft, efficiently.
