基于DSP石英晶片研磨的自动测控系统

摘 要:提出一种在线检测石英压电晶片在研磨过程中频率变化的方法,以便自动控制晶片研磨厚度.以TMS320F240 DSP为核心构成测控系统,应用PLL锁相环技术产生晶片驱动信号,晶片在某一频率电压驱动下发生谐振,实时捕获谐振信号,经过信号处理,测出晶片频率.当频率达到给定值时,自动停止研磨过程.运行结果表明,基于此方法设计的晶片频率自动测控装置,响应速度快.精度高,并可实现石英压电晶体研磨过程自动化.
Abstract: The authors present a new method to measure frequency of piezoelectricity crystal in the process of grinding on line. It can control automatically the thickness of crystal. It places the chip DSP-F240 as control core, and produces driving frequency with phase lock loop. The crystal can resonate at a driving frequency and the signal of resonance can be captured on time. By disposing and analyzing the resonance signal, the frequency of crystal can be read out. An apparatus measuring frequency of crystal on line based on the method is designed, and the well-pleasing effect can be gained by the control system.
