摘    要:对传统算法模型在解决优化配置问题上的缺陷进行分析和研究,提出一个基于并行遗传算法的资源优化配置算法模型,考虑到网络化制造系统中资源的特殊性,编码方式采用二进制编码,并行模型为粗粒度并行模型。该模型不但可以在产品全生命周期中的每个环节选1个或多个企业参加,而且不会遗漏任何一个可行的优化配置方案。此外,对该模型的可行性和优越性进行了论证,给出基于该模型的原型系统运行界面,通过具体实例验证了该模型的有效性。

Abstract: The defects in resolving optimal configuration with traditional algorithm model were analyzed. An algorithm model based on parallel genetic algorithm was proposed. In view of resource particularity in networked manufacturing system, binary system coding mode and coarse granularity parallel model were adopted. With the model, one or more enterprises could be selected in every process in full lifecycle of product, and no possible configuration approach could be omitted. The feasibility and advantages of the model were demonstrated, and the interface of the prototype system based on the model was shown. The validity of the model was confirmed by using a concrete case.
