氧化铝生产中的两段磨—水力旋流器磨矿分级新工艺的开发

摘    要:针对平果铝矿石的特性、矿石的可磨性及溶出性能对磨矿工艺的要求,开发了棒磨开路、球磨与水旋器闭路的两段磨—水力旋流器磨矿分级新技术及大型磨机。该工艺具有明显的优点;设备大型化,充分发挥了棒磨机和球磨机各自的特性;工艺配置合理,解决了难磨铝矿的磨矿技术问题。与传统的一段磨相比,磨矿电耗降低约6.22kW·h/t, 矿石中氧化铝溶出率提高,年创经济效益4400多万元,具有广泛的推广应用价值。

Abstract: In view of Pingguo bauxite properties, the requirements of the attrition of bauxite and digesting performance for grinding process, two-stages grinding—water-cyclone grinding and classification new process and giant mill were developed, one is rod mill open-circuit, the other is ball mill and water-cycloneclosed-circuit. With sufficient advantages, the equipment is giant, making full use of the different characteristics of rod mill and ball mill,solving the grinding problem of difficult attrition bauxite. Compared with the traditional one-stage grinding, the power consumption was decreased about 6.22kWh/t,the digesting yield was increased, economic benefits of 44 million yuan (RMB) were achieved.
