氮化硅陶瓷的烧结致密化研究

摘 要:研究了几个工艺因素对添加Y2O3,Al2O3的氮化硅陶瓷的烧结致密化的影响。结果表明:添加有少量硅粉的压块较不添加硅粉的同成分陶瓷易实现其致密化;烧结升温速度;α-Si3N4→β-Si3N4相变温度对致密化无明显影响;含有5%BN粉末的烧结填料能使陶瓷获得最高的致密度。制得了接近热压陶瓷密度的烧结陶瓷。
Abstract:
This research deals with the effects of several factors on the densificationof silicon nitride ceramics with additives of Y2O3 and Al2O3. Results show thatcompared with ceramics with the same composition, the addition of small amountof silion powder can appreciably enhance its densification; heating rate and α-Si3N4→β-Si3N4 phase transformation temperature don’t have obvious effects onthe densification; the addition of 5% BN in the packing powder is helpful toobtain maxium ceramics density.
