二甲基亚砜──缩合反应中新的活化剂

摘    要：用二甲基亚砜(dimethxlsulfoxide,DMSO)作为新的活化剂,代替缩合反应中的缩合剂碳二亚胺衍生物,合成修饰寡核苷酸(ODN).高效液相色谱(HPLC)纯化分离结果表明,效果良好.文中探讨了DMSO作为活化剂在缩合反应中的作用机理.

Abstract: Dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) is employed as a novel activating agent instead of dicyclohexylcarbodiimide (DCC) and its derivatives for the synthesis of modified oligodeoxyribonucleotides (ODN). The experimental results show that it has a good effect on the condensation reaction. HPLC is used to purify and separate the modified ODN. The reaction mechanism of DMSO as activating agent is also described.
