形变和退火对钼板的显微组织与力学性能的影响

摘 要:通过对不同形变温度、形变量和冷变形后不同退火制度下工业纯钼板试样显微组织的金相、X—光、透射电镜分析和力学性能的测定,表明加工及退火工艺参数对钼板的显微组织与力学性能有明显的影响。文中阐明了钼板显微组织、特别是亚组织、在加工及退火的不同阶段中的行为及其与力学性能的关系。为制订韧性钼板的合理的加工工艺提供了试验依据。
Abstract: The effects of deformation temperature,amount of deformation and annea ling temperature on icrostructures and mechanical properties of commer-cially pure molybdenum plates have been studied.The icrostructures wereexamined by light microscopy,transmission electron microscopy and X-raydiffraction.The relation etween the microstructures especially substructures,and the mechanical properties at various stages of working and nnealinghas been explained.Analysis of fractograph suggests that the ductile frac-ture of molybdenum plates with aminar structure involves the process oflaminating and the failure of individual lamina.This paper provides an ex-perimental basis for working out the technological process of ductile molyb-denum plates.
