摘    要:<正> The effects of CaSO4 additive andburning temperature on the formation and properties ofhigh-alkali clinker as well as their optimal controlrange were studied by means of chemical analysis,physical examination,XRD,DTA and EPMA.The re-sults show that a proper addition of CaSO4 may convertalkalis to R2SO4,reduce melt viscosity,considerablyimprove the forming environment of alite.during burn-ing hence the setting and hardening of clinker developnormally.If CaSO4 were too much,however,that ex-cess SO3 with Al2O3 would dissolve into C2S to hinderC3S forming and produce K2SO4·CaSO4·H2O dur-ing hydration,to lead to quick setting of the paste.Theoptimal CaSO4 content expressed as SO3/R2O mole ra-tio in clinker is 0.6-1.0,A high temperature can de-crease the riscosity and increase the rate of formingC3S nuclei,so not only helping overcome the harm ofalkali but also supplementing imperfection of sulphate.It is better to burn a high alkali clinker with CaSO4 ad-dition abore 1400℃.
