TB6钛合金多重固溶时效热处理工艺研究 黄利军1,刘彬1,齐立春1,黄旭1 (1.北京航空材料研究院钛合金研究室,北京,100095) 摘要:采用扫描电镜,金相显微镜等分析方法,研究了TB6钛合金锻棒多重固溶时效热处理对显微组织,室温拉伸性能和断裂韧性的影响.结果表明:多重固溶时效热处理可以显著提高合金的塑性和断裂韧度,而对强度的影响不大.随着循环热处理次数的增多,强度,塑性,断裂韧度都是先升高达到峰值后开始下降.强度与断裂韧性均在三重固溶时效热处理时达到最高值,比常规热处理分别提高了9%与30%左右;塑性在双重热处理时达到最高值,比常规热处理提高了40%左右. 关键词:TB6钛合金; 热处理; 多重固溶时效; [全文内容正在添加中] ......

熔滴对TB6钛合金高周疲劳性能影响 刘德林1,刘昌奎1,黄利军2,黄旭2,王清瑞2 (1.中国航空工业失效分析中心,北京,100095;2.北京航空材料研究院钛合金研究室,北京,100095) 摘要:利用典型应力对比试验,研究了烧伤熔滴对,TB6钛合金旋转弯曲疲劳和轴向拉.拉疲劳的影响,并分析了烧伤熔滴的形貌和疲劳试样的断口特征.结果表明:熔滴处易形成富氧和富氮层脆性相,在应力作用下极易开裂成为疲劳源;另外,熔滴会导致基体组织发生变化,对基体一般产生第二类烧伤,破环试样表面的完整性,从而加速疲劳试样破坏,也会成为断裂源,显著降低其高周疲劳性能,对TB6钛合金高周疲劳有严重影响. 关键词:TB6钛合金; 烧伤熔滴; 性能; 高周疲劳; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
