锶铁氧体胶态振动注模成形技术研究 郝俊杰1,石棋2,邵慧萍1,郭志猛1 (1.北京科技大学,北京,100083;2.景德镇陶瓷学院,江西,景德镇,333001) 摘要:通过絮凝,振动脱水工艺处理,获得固相体积分数达50%的锶铁氧体浆料,实现了高质量锶铁氧体坯体的胶态振动注模成形.分析了工艺条件对成形过程及样品质量的影响.实验表明:胶态注模成形比凝胶注模成形需要加入更多的单体与交联剂才能得到坯体强度相当的坯体;烧成后的锶铁氧体的剩余磁感应强度为420 mT,矫顽力H_(cb)为270 kA/m,最大磁能积(BH)_(max)为34 kJ/m~3. 关键词:胶态振动注模; 锶铁氧体; 单体; 脱水; colloid vibrant casting; strontium ferrites; monomer; dehydration; [全文内容正在添加中] ......

铈掺杂钛酸锶钡薄膜的结构及介电性能 傅向军1,魏雄邦1,王洪全1,张佳1,廖家轩1,潘笑风1 (1.电子科技大学,四川,成都,610054) 摘要:用改善的溶胶凝胶法制备铈掺杂钛酸锶钡(Ba_0.6Sr_0.4TiO_3, BST)薄膜,研究其结构与介电性能.X射线光电子能谱表明,铈掺杂显著地减少了薄膜表面非钙钛矿结构.但是,由于掺杂薄膜较薄且掺杂量小,X射线衍射结果未见明显变化.原子力显微镜结果表明,掺杂BST薄膜表面光滑致密.掺杂BST薄膜的介电性能大幅度提高,在40 V外加电压下介电调谐率达60.8%,零偏压下的介电损耗为0.0265.同时,就有关结构及介电性能改善的机制进行了讨论. 关键词:铈掺杂; 钛酸锶钡薄膜; 钙钛矿结构; 介电性能; cerium doping; barium strontium titanate film; perovskited......
