纳米硅溶胶/丙烯酸复合防蚀薄膜的研究 卢燕平1,宫丽1 (1.北京科技大学腐蚀与防护中心,北京,100083) 摘要:为了寻找一种镀锌层表面用无铬钝化剂,研究以水溶性丙烯酸树脂为成膜物质,纳米硅溶胶为颜料,用浸涂法在热镀锌板上制备有机/无机复合薄膜,并利用SEM,浸水,中性盐雾试验等测试手段分析了薄膜表面形态,吸水率和耐盐雾性能.结果表明,在复合薄膜中丙烯酸与SiO2形成互相贯穿的无规网络结构,薄膜与镀锌板结合力良好,表面呈现出良好的抗白锈能力,其耐蚀性能是热镀锌板的4倍.这种钝化剂为镀锌层的腐蚀防护提供了一种新的环保型薄膜材料. 关键词:有机/无机复合薄膜; 热镀锌; 钝化; 纳米S......
