丁二酮肟-氧化剂型无毒浸金剂的浸出性能研究 李德良1,黄念东1 (1.湘潭工学院环境工程与化工新技术研究所,湖南,湘潭,411201) 摘要:用分子设计理论提出了一类新型浸金剂,它由丁二酮肟和某种氧化剂构成,具有无毒害和化学稳定性好的特点,实验结果表明:1)丁二酮肟能与许多氧化剂尤其是高锰酸钾组合成高效浸金剂;2)在丁二酮肟-高锰酸钾浸出体系中,适宜的Ox/Lig(氧化剂与金络剂分子比)比值范围为0.25~0.50,最佳范围为0.30~ 0.40;3)丁二酮肟-高锰酸钾浸出体系的操作pH范围为8~10;4)与氰化物相比,丁二酮肟的浸出率与它相当但浸出速度明显快很多;5)从含丁二酮肟的浸出贵液中回收金既可采用炭吸附法也可采用锌置换法.图1,表5,参9. 关键词:无害化工艺; 丁二酮肟; 新浸金剂; 提金; butanedionedioxime; new gold......
新型稀土基催化材料在欧Ⅳ车用催化剂上的应用 张永1,张爱敏1,刘沁曦1,吴乐刚1,杨文勇1 (1.昆明贵金属研究所,云南,昆明,650106) 摘要:以共沉淀法和贵金属修饰技术,研制了一种新型的稀土基复合催化材料作为车用三效催化剂的催化涂层.通过发动机台架测试技术评价该催化剂的催化活性,并按严格的欧Ⅳ排放法规,通过整车转鼓试验和实车道路试验,评价该催化剂对排放废气的处理能力和耐久性.结果表明,以该催化材料制备的催化剂不仅具有十分优异的起燃特性,空燃比特性和废气处理能力,而且劣化程度低,抗老化能力强,完全可以配合所匹配车型达到欧Ⅳ排放标准的限值要求和耐久性要求. 关键词:新型稀土基催化材料; 欧Ⅳ排放标准; 催化活性; 耐久性; new rare-earth-based catalytic material; Europe IV emission standard......
