氯化锂增敏-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定地表水中铅锰 吴惠英1,倪晓芳1,费勇1,陈江1,吴锦芳1 (1.湖州市环境监测中心站,浙江,湖州,313000) 摘要:通过试验确定了仪器分析条件,分析谱线和LiCl的浓度,采用氯化锂增敏电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法同时测定地表水中铅锰.结果表明,水平观测时,10 g/LLiCl的存在,使原子线Mn I 279.482 nm,Mn I 403.075 nm,Pb I 283.306 nm的谱线灵敏度分别增强了35%,41%,19%,且检出限也均有降低.用本法测定201219和202508水质控样,测定值与保证值基本一致,说明LiCl增敏ICP-AES法适用于测定地表水中Pb和Mn. 关键词:氯化锂; 电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES); 铅; 锰; lithium chloride......
