含铟氧化锌提取铟的浸出动力学研究曾科,何名飞,覃文庆,赵红波中南大学资源加工与生物工程学院摘 要:对蒙自产出的含铟氧化锌进行了铟的浸出动力学研究,考察了酸度,温度,物料粒度,搅拌强度等因素对铟浸出的影响.高酸条件下铟浸出过程受内扩散控制,反应级数为1.194,同时测得其反应活化能为10.97 k J/mol;反应速度常数k与物料粒径的平方成反比.试验结果表明:高酸条件下浸出含铟氧化锌才能获得较高的铟浸出速度,通过提高温度,降低物料粒度等方式可以强化铟的浸出.关键词:铟;含铟氧化锌;浸出;动力学;活化能;内扩散;......
