镁合金活性TIG焊与TIG焊的接头组织与性能分析 陈东高1,王法科1,王冬生1,谭兵1,张立君1,王健1,齐果1 (1.中国兵器科学研究院宁波分院,浙江,宁波,315103) 摘要:采用TIC,焊和活性TIG焊(A-TIG)方法对10 mm厚的AZ31镁合金进行焊接.使用光学显微镜,扫描电镜等分析两种焊接方法焊接的接头外观形貌,显微组织等.试验结果表明:两种方法都能获得成形美观的焊缝,但采用活性剂可以获得更好的熔透效果;这两种方法获得的接头晶粒尺寸为焊缝区最大,母材区最小,并且打底焊与封面焊的组织形貌不完全相同;当采用TIG焊时,析出相主要在晶界七,而采用A-TIC焊时,在晶界与晶粒上都存在析出相;两种方法得到的焊接接头硬度都是焊缝区硬度最高,热影响区最低;两种方法得到的焊接接头强度基本一致,断裂部位在焊缝处. 关键词:镁合金; TIG焊; 微观组织; 力学性能; [全文内容......
