TC4钛合金的微动疲劳行为研究 丁文江1,王珉2,张明2,卫中山1 (1.上海交通大学,上海,200030;2.南京航空航天大学,江苏,南京,210016) 摘要:研究了TC4钛合金在柱面-平面接触条件下的微动疲劳行为.通过观察微动区的磨损特征和截面形貌,分析了微动疲劳损伤机制,探讨了磨屑的形成与演变过程及其对微动疲劳行为的影响,考察了摩擦系数随时间的变化.结果表明,TC4钛合金微动区的损伤机制以粘着磨损,磨粒磨损和接触疲劳为主,并伴有氧化磨损.磨屑是基体材料脱落,破碎,氧化形成的,磨屑中的硬质氧化物颗粒促进了合金表面的磨粒磨损,加速了疲劳失效. 关键词:TC4钛合金; 微动疲劳; 磨屑; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
LY12铝合金表面电火花强化层组织与性能研究 苏勋家1,谷建荣2,李平1,侯根良1,郭锋1 (1.第二炮兵工程学院,西安,710025;2.中国人民解放军96633部队,北京,100096) 摘要:采用自制电火花强化机,以TC4合金作为电极,在空气介质中对LY12铝合金进行了表面强化.分别用扫描电镜,电子能谱分析仪与X射线衍射仪对强化层的组织,成分与结构进行了分析与研究;用显微硬度计与磨损试验机等实验设备对强化层的显微硬度与耐磨性进行了测量与分析.结果表明:强化层连续,致密,与基体之间呈冶金结合;主要由钛-铝金属间化合物和钛或铝的氮,氧化物相组成,显微硬度可达HV596;在干摩擦磨损实验条件下,强化后试样磨损体积仅为未强化试样的1/7.铝合金表面性能得到显著改善. 关键词:铝合金; TC4合金; 电火花; 表面强化; aluminum alloy; TC4 titanium......
