炭/炭复合材料表面生物活性钙磷涂层XRD和Raman光谱研究 黄敏1,黄剑锋1,王新木2,李贺军1,熊信柏1,张秀莲1,马威2 (1.西北工业大学,炭/炭复合材料工程技术研究中心,陕西,西安,710072;2.解放军第四军医大学,口腔医院颌面外科,陕西,西安,710032) 摘要:通过声电沉积工艺在炭/炭复合材料表面制备了生物活性透钙磷石涂层,用XRD,EDAX及Raman光谱对炭/炭复合材料改性前后的表面特征进行了研究.结果表明,与传统电结晶工艺相比,声电沉积工艺所制透钙磷石涂层晶面间距减小,炭/炭复合材料与透钙磷石涂层间形成了C-O-P,C-O-H等化学键合.同时探讨了成键机理,认为声电沉积工艺是声电表面改性,声化学合成以及电结晶工艺的有机组合. 关键词:声电沉积; 透钙磷石; 炭/炭复合材料; 生物活性涂层; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
花状TeO2微/纳米结构的制备及Raman光谱研究姜佳良,张骏,宋志超烟台大学光电信息科学技术学院摘 要:以Bi2Te3粉末为原料,采用热蒸发的方法成功制备出花状TeO2微/纳米结构.利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对合成产物的形貌进行表征,结果显示样品的微/纳米结构是由大量微/纳米片堆叠成的花状团簇.通过EDS发现,样品由Te和O两种元素组成.利用激光共聚焦拉曼光谱仪对合成产物的Raman光谱进行表征,结果显示合成产物的光谱与TeO2晶体一致,并且随着热蒸发温度的升高,拉曼谱峰的峰值越高,特征峰越锐利,在硅片上制备出的产物的结晶度越好.关键词:氧化碲;微/纳米结构;热蒸发法;Raman光谱;......
