退火对快淬法制备的LaNi_(4.25)Al_(0.75)合金组织和储氢性能的影响 吕曼祺1,孙文声1,杨柯1,曹大力2,陈德敏1 (1.U;2.沈阳化工学院材料科学与工程学院,辽宁,沈阳,110142) 摘要:采用熔体旋淬法制备了LaNi_(4.25)Al_(0.75)合金,用XRD,SEM及吸氢PCT曲线(压力-组成等温线)和动力学测试等方法,研究了退火处理对合金结构和储氢性能的影响.XRD测试结果表明,退火后,合金保持CaCu5结构,但晶粒变大.PCT和动力学测试结果表明,经过退火处理的合金与快淬态相比,吸氢量增加,吸氢平台变宽,吸氢速度变快. 关键词:LaNi_(4.25)Al_(0.75)储氢合金; 熔体旋淬; 退火; LaNi_(4.25) Al_(0.75); hydrogen storage alloy; melt-spun; annealing......
