非真空熔铸Cu-Cr-Zr合金的热变形行为丁宗业1,贾淑果1,2,郭望望1,王俊峰1,刘平11. 河南科技大学材料科学与工程学院2. 河南省有色金属材料科学与加工技术重点实验室摘 要:采用Gleeble-1500热模拟实验机对Cu-0.92Cr-0.068Zr合金进行高温热压缩实验,研究该合金在变形温度为500~800℃,应变速率为0.01~1 s-1工作条件下的流变应力行为和组织演变.结果表明:变形温度和应变速率对合金的高温变形有显著影响,流变应力随变形温度的升高而降低,随应变速率的降低而减小;流变曲线表现出动态回复和动态再结晶两种特征.可用包含Zener-Hollomon参数的Arrhenius双曲正弦函数算出Cu-0.92Cr-0.068Zr热变形激活能和高温热变形流变应力本构方程.合金形变组织......
