6061铝合金在线淬火实验研究及模拟分析陈彬1,温柳1,潘学著2,王迎新2,高萌1,王孟君11. 中南大学有色金属材料科学与工程教育部重点实验室2. 广亚铝业有限公司摘 要:通过喷水淬火实验获得6061铝合金的冷却曲线,结合数值计算方法获得材料的在线淬火换热系数,运用ABAQUS有限元软件对在线淬火过程进行了动态模拟.结果表明:在喷水淬火初始阶段,换热系数较小,随着淬火温度降低,换热系2数逐渐增大至峰值2kW/m℃,随后又逐渐减小;有限元模拟冷却曲线与实测冷却曲线相吻合;淬火时试样的温度分布符合一维传热特征,轴向应力状态呈"内压外拉",且无论是拉应力还是压应力都在淬火开始不久后出现峰值.关键词:6061铝合金;在线淬火;换热系数;ABAQUS有限元模拟;......
