Sol-Gel工艺Si基Bi4 Ti3 O12铁电薄膜制备与晶相结构研究 王耘波1,于军1,王华2,秦冬成2 (1.华中科技大学电子科学与技术系,湖北,武汉,430074;2.桂林电子工业学院通信与信息工程系,广西,桂林,541004) 摘要:采用Sol-Gel工艺制备了Si基Bi4TiO12铁电薄膜.研究了退火温度,退火时间,薄膜厚度等对薄膜晶相结构的影响.研究表明,退火温度对Si基Bi4Ti3O12铁电薄膜晶相结构的影响最为显著,而且随退火温度升高,Bi4Ti3O12薄膜更趋向于沿c-轴取向的生长;退火时间在30分钟内对薄膜晶相结构的影响比较明显;薄膜厚度及30分钟以上的退火处理对薄膜晶相结构的影响不大. 关键词:Sol-Gel法; 铁电薄膜; 晶相结构; 制备工艺; [全文内容正在添加中] ......

铝单醇盐Sol-Gel法合成镁铝尖晶石纳米粉及烧结行为的研究 张树人1,袁颖1,游文南1 (1.电子科技大学微电子与固体电子学院,成都,610054) 摘要:以四氢呋喃作稳定剂,通过异丙醇铝在硝酸镁溶液中水解的Sol-Gel过程合成了MgAl2O4尖晶石纳米粉体,采用DTA,XRD及TEM等分析手段研究了其前驱体的晶化过程和不同煅烧温度对尖晶石粉体晶粒尺寸及烧结性能的影响.结果表明,该方法能明显降低MgAl2O4的合成温度,在900℃已能得到单一尖晶石相纳米粉体,一次粒子平均粒径约为20nm.并且,900℃煅烧的粉体烧结活性最高,在1600℃烧结即能获得相对密度为99%的致密尖晶石陶瓷. 关键词:单醇盐Sol-Gel法; 镁铝尖晶石; 纳米粉; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
