氧化电压对TiO_2薄膜阴极保护效应的影响 沈嘉年1,刘冬1,万斌2 (1.上海大学材料研究所,上海,200072;2.上海工程技术大学材料工程学院,上海,201620) 摘要:为弄清TiO_2薄膜对金属的保护作用,在1 mol/L的H_2SO_4溶液中,室温下,分别采用100,130,150 V直流电压对纯钛片阳极氧化制备TiO_2薄膜,采用扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪对TiO_2薄膜的组织形貌和晶型进行了分析,测量了TiO_2薄膜在模拟海水中紫外光照的时间-电极电位,极化曲线,交流阻抗谱和与45号钢的耦合电流.结果表明:氧化电压为150 V时,所制备的TiO_2薄膜对45号钢在模拟海水中的腐蚀具有较好的光阴极保护作用. 关键词:阳极氧化; TiO_2薄膜; 阴极保护; anodic oxidation; TiO_2 film; cathodic protection......
