NiTi形状记忆合金化学镀CoNiWP薄膜及磁性研究 王晋春1,程旭东1,张清杰1,李丹虹1,袁润章1,官建国1,程海斌1 (1.武汉理工大学,材料复合新技术国家重点实验室,湖北,武汉,430070) 摘要:采用化学镀法在NiTi形状记忆合金基体上镀覆CoNiWP磁性薄膜.用振动磁强计测试了样品的磁性能,结果表明NiTi形状记忆合金外层镀覆的金属薄膜是无定形结构并具有较好的磁性,其矫顽力是随化学镀进程逐渐增大到一定值后再逐渐下降.用扫描电镜表征镀层的形貌,结果表明化学镀开始初期,镀层颗粒比较细致,后来逐渐长大成晶胞状,当镀层完全覆盖基材后,再增加厚度会导致矫顽力下降. 关键词:化学镀; Co-Ni-W-P合金; Ni-Ti形状记忆合金; 磁性能; [全文内容正在添加中] ......

NiTi合金上沉积氮化碳薄膜的力学和血液相容性研究 刘敏1,王继刚1 (1.江苏省先进金属材料重点实验室,东南大学,材料科学与工程学院,南京,211189) 摘要:采用磁控溅射法在生物医用NiTi合金基体表面制备了Ti/CNx(x≈0.26)梯度薄膜,并制备了Ti/类金刚石(DLC)以及Ti/TiN薄膜进行对比研究. 利用显微硬度计,划痕仪比较分析了上述各薄膜的力学性能,通过表面接触角法研究了薄膜的亲水性. 着重测试并分析了溶血率和血小板粘附行为,进而对薄膜的血液相容性进行评估. 结果表明:Ti/CNx梯度薄膜与NiTi合金基底的结合牢固,结合力达到63.6N. Ti/CNx薄膜硬度为23.01GPa,和Ti/TiN薄膜硬度相当,略高于Ti/DLC薄膜. 溶血率和血小板粘附试验表明,Ti/CNx梯度薄膜能有效改善NiTi合金基底的亲水性和血液相容性,与Ti/TiN和Ti/DLC薄膜......
