复合溶胶电泳制备TiO_2涂层的研究 刘青1,谢冰1,李辉糯1,章少华1 (1.南昌大学,江西,南昌,330047) 摘要:研究了由TiO_2颗粒和TiO_2溶胶组成的复合TiO_2溶胶,以及其电泳制备涂层的光催化性.实验发现复合溶胶的Zeta电位小于相应的溶胶Zeta电位.对于溶胶在不同温度下煅烧制备的TiO_2粉末进行XRD表征,结果表明随着煅烧温度升高,粉末结晶程度提高,从200 ℃开始出现锐钛矿TiO_2晶相,在550 ℃出现金红石型TiO_2.光催化性能表明,由溶胶而得到的TiO_2涂层的光催化性能要好于复合TiO_2溶胶的光催化性能. 关键词:TiO_2; 复合溶胶; 光催化; 电泳; titania; composite sol; photocatalysis; electrophoresis; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
