热轧宽带钢精轧机组机架振动分析及抑制措施李振兴1,2,刘相华1(1.辽宁省沈阳市东北大学轧制技术及连轧自动化国家重点实验室2.北京市北京首钢自动化信息公司)摘 要:以某热连轧生产线主传动F1~F4机架增容改造为背景,对交交变频主传动的控制系统进行了设计,装置制造,调试及新功能开发.从传动系统的稳态分析及轧制过渡过程入手,推导了交交变频传动系统带负荷观测器和不带负荷观测器的传递函数,利用MATLAB进行稳定性分析,找到了轧机振动的原因,提出了抑制措施.投入负荷观测器后,对抑制轧机振动起到了良好的实际效果.
